Shipping policy

All standard orders of in-stock items will be processed and leave the warehouse in 1-3 business days via FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx Economy. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for orders containing personalized items to ship.

We provide free standard shipping to orders over Rs.5000. All other orders are charged a flat rate of Rs.125.

For all cash-on-delivery purchases, an additional handling fee of Rs.100 will be applied at checkout. We will call to confirm your mobile number prior to processing your cash-on-delivery order. Any unreachable customers will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to reach you for 10 days from the date of your order, it will be cancelled. 

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number so that you can easily track your order.
